A group of young people plays online games from dawn till dark, day after day in an apartment in Tiantongyuan, a huge living community in Beijing. It’s not an internet café, nor someone's home, but a private “work studio” earning money by playing games for customers.

Actually the “work studio” is a playroom as well. For both the bosses and the employees, this job is not only for making money, but also for playing games without feeling guilty. Most of the employees came to Beijing in order to stay away from their parents and schools. While the bosses are native people who were roommates in the university, they didn’t want to choose any other “real career” after graduation, and then their families had no choice but to support their "business".

In everyday’s life, the young boys just keep most simplified behaviors, which are eating, sleeping, and playing games. Even during Chinese new-year festival, they still go to an internet café to play games…

After six months, like many other game studios, this one goes out of business. Most of the employees are planning to go to other online games studios,because they are not prepared for the real world, although in the game world they are super heroes ...
